Alinta – National Power Services

2004-present: Inspection and audit of all rehabilitation and revegetation works undertaken on the DEI TNGP pipeline (Tas gas pipeline – over 400km) for report to state government regulators

2004-present: Provision of weed management and revegetation consultancy for the Stage 2 Tasmanian gas roll out. Provision of off take facility landscaping and vegetation maintenance.

Aurora Energy 6 year ‘Provision of Vegetation Management Services’ contract
1999-present: LMRS is responsible for vegetation management for the ‘Provision of Vegetation Management Services’ through MMA contracted to Aurora Energy. The six year project involves the provision of long term vegetation management strategies for the 25,000km Aurora distribution network throughout Tasmania.

Basslink Project
2003-present: Development and implementation of a long term weed management strategy for the Victorian and Tasmanian land sections of overhead and underground cable easement.

Duke Energy International
2000–present: Development and implementation of a long term weed management strategy for the 400 km Duke Energy gas pipeline (Victoria and Tasmania).

2003-present: Development, costing and implementation of a long term management plan and works for rare and threatened species occurring within the State Road Network.

‘Regent Mews’ Development, Sandy Bay

2004: Preparation of landscaping, soil stability and riparian rehabilitation specifications for a proposed residential development on Sandy Bay Rivulet.

Fort Nelson Subdivision, Long-term Maintenance
2004: Preparation of long term maintenance guidelines, costs and scheduling for legal proceedings for a proposed subdivision, with attention to vegetation and fire management during stage development and ongoing following completion.

DIER, DoT ‘High Priority Botanical Sites’ Management

2004: Preparation of detailed management prescriptions for the high priority botanical sites on the state road network (rare and threatened species and communities within the road corridor). Detailed recommendations and associated costing for a 5 year management programme outlining vegetation and weed management.

CSR Emoleum Southern Long-term Road Maintenance Contract 662

1998-2003: LMRS was engaged by CSR Emoleum as the Principal Roadside Maintenance Contractor for the Long Term (5 Year) Road Maintenance Contract in Southern Tasmania. Our role in this Contract was to achieve and maintain defined performance standards for the roadside environment for 1200 kms of State Roads and National Highway, including roadside mowing, tree maintenance, weed management and landscaping.

CSR Emoleum Western Australia Long-term Road Maintenance Contracts in
South Perth and Geralton

1999-2003: LMRS had a vegetation management role in two WA long-term road maintenance contracts, supplying two professional staff in management roles for 3900 km of road sides, at South Perth and Geralton. Management systems formulated for the Maintenance Contract in Southern Tasmania were adapted for use in these contracts.
