Emoleum Maintenance
LMRS was engaged by Emoleum Maintenance as the Principal Roadside Maintenance Contractor for the Long Term (5 Year) Road Maintenance Contract in Southern Tasmania (1998-2003). Our role in this Contract was to achieve and maintain defined performance standards for the roadside environment for 1200 kms of State Roads and National Highway, including roadside mowing, tree maintenance, weed management and landscaping. |

Hercules Mine
LMRS have been engaged by Pitt & Sherry Consultants and Zinifex Limited to devise, implement and monitor a five year revegetation program
(commenced in 2004) at the highly degraded and abandoned Hercules Mine near Rosebery, Tasmania. Key challenges to overcome at the site include: high elevation (400-1000m a.s.l), extreme acid mine drainage and
steep slopes (greater than 60°) |

Willow Removal
Removal of the declared weed Crack Willow (Salix fragilis) from two catchments for the Clarence City Council, located on Hobart’s eastern shore (Nov./Dec. 2005). Utilising large earth moving machinery to cut, poison and remove willow stems and restore the native riparian vegetation and habitat |
